What is my login for the mobile app?
Your login for the Expocare Portal is the same for the Mobile App version.

I don’t have a login for the portal or mobile app, how do I request one?
Contact your pharmacy to assist you in setting up a login. If you don’t know the number for your pharmacy, go to Where We Serve on our main page or call 512-617-7312 for assistance.

How do I reset my password?
From the web portal or the mobile app, find the “Forgot password?” link and follow the instructions.

Why do you need my email address?
Because the portal and the mobile app have access to Protected Health Information (PHI), we are required by HIPAA regulations to meet security standards which includes two factor authentication. The system uses your unique email address to meet that requirement.
