They request directly to the HCP and inform me of progress. They sent me cake balls for Christmas. They always do what they say they will do. They talk to me like they know me. I love the Barracuda messages. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a response.  They are amazing and make my life at DHR so much more productive. And so on and so forth.
