At Tarrytown Expocare Pharmacy, leadership is not defined by title alone—it’s a mindset, a commitment to growth, and a responsibility to serve others well. That belief is at the heart of our Leadership Development Program, and we’re proud to celebrate the 2025 graduates who completed the program this year.
Building Leaders from Within
The Tarrytown Leadership Program is designed to help team members deepen their leadership skills through direct learning from senior executives across the organization. Through a series of focused talks and interactive discussions, participants gained insight into strategic thinking, organizational vision, decision-making, and the behaviors that drive effective, values-based leadership.
Just as important as executive perspective was the emphasis on self-reflection. After each session, participants engaged in guided reflection—examining their strengths, identifying growth opportunities, and clarifying their personal leadership styles. This balance of learning and reflection helped participants translate ideas into practical actions they can apply in their day-to-day roles.
Leading with Purpose and Confidence
Throughout the program, participants explored what it means to lead with purpose, communicate with impact, and create positive change within their teams. The experience emphasized continuous learning, self-awareness, and real-world application—equipping graduates with the skills and mindset to grow as confident leaders and contributors across the organization.
This program reflects our belief that developing strong leaders internally strengthens our culture, supports our teams, and ultimately enhances the care and service we provide to the IDD community.
